2. Service Description

MarginMove is a SaaS platform that provides e-commerce profit calculation, ROI estimation, platform fee analysis, and market intelligence tools for sellers on 35+ global marketplace platforms. The Service operates on a credit-based model where each analysis consumes one credit.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits & Payment

New users receive 3 complimentary credits upon account creation.
Additional credits may be purchased in various packages as listed on our pricing page.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
Each product analysis consumes exactly 1 credit.
All prices are in the currency displayed at time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer the platform; (c) scrape or harvest data in bulk; (d) attempt to access other users' data; (e) use automated tools to generate analyses at scale without permission.

6. Data Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MarginMove provides estimates based on published platform fee structures and market data available at the time of analysis. While we strive for accuracy, fee structures change frequently and market data is simulated. You acknowledge that:

All calculations are for informational purposes only and not financial advice.
Platform fees may have changed since our last update.
Market intelligence data is based on historical patterns and estimates, not real-time data.
MarginMove is not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis.
Always verify critical fee information directly with the selling platform before making significant investments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of MarginMove. Your analysis results are your data, but the underlying calculation methodology remains proprietary.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, unless local mandatory laws provide otherwise.
